OPERATION 36

A Better Way to Learn Golf

CWGI is excited to bring Operation 36 Golf https://operation36.golf/ to our members. Whether you’re brand new to golf – or looking to sharpen your skills – this program gives you a clear, confidencebuilding path to improvement.

What Is Operation 36 (Op 36)?

A stepbystep golf development system designed for players of all levels.

You will aim to shoot 36 or better for 9 holes, starting each challenge from 25 yards.

Once you achieve that milestone, you move back to the next distance.

A simple, motivating progression that builds real oncourse skills.

What are the components of the CWGI Op 36 Program?
  • In-person lessons
  • 9-hole play days using the Op 36 game-day format
  • Small group instruction
  • Spring, Summer and Fall sessions available
  • Comprehensive Video Instruction via the Op 36 App, which is integral to enhancing and advancing your learning throughout the program (use of smartphone or tablet required).
Why Our Members Love It

  • Learn at your own pace in a supportive, social environment.
  • The App captures your progress and allows you full access to your achieved level of learning even after the program is complete.
  • Build confidence with small, achievable milestones.
  • Improve skills that directly enhance league play and enjoyment.
  • Celebrate progress with other CWGI women — beginners and experienced golfers alike.

A Learning Path You Already Understand

Operation 36 mirrors the way we have learned other sports:

  • Karate belts: Start at white belt, master skills, and move up.
  • Downhill skiing: Begin on green runs, then progress to more difficult blue and black runs.
  • Fitness training: Increase weights or intensity as your strength grows.

Golf improvement becomes structured, empowering, and fun — just like these familiar journeys.
