Cancellation Policy

Many golf courses are starting to charge cancellation fees. We want avoid this happening to CWGI.
To protect our league, members are asked to avoid making “soft” or unsubstantiated golf cancellations. These include:

• Cancelling a 4-some because 1 or 2 in the group are not playing now.
• Cancelling because the long-range forecast looks bleak.
• Cancelling without any explanation.
• Cancelling because something else came up.
